Fees & membership
Every figure here is the society's own, and so is every date on it
The society publishes two columns of fees under two calendar dates in 2025. It does not say which winter they apply to. This page reproduces the figures and the headings exactly, and says so plainly rather than picking a season on the society's behalf.
Which season is this?
The society does not say — so this page does not either
The published fee table is headed “Until December 8, 2025” and “December 9, 2025 and After”. Those are the only labels on it. A visitor cannot tell from them whether they are looking at last winter's prices or this coming winter's — and neither can we, so nothing on this page claims to know.
Ski memberships
A ski membership covers the groomed and ungroomed network and, the society notes, snowshoeing as well. A Cross Country BC fee of $19 per skier is charged in addition to the figures below.
Swipe the table sideways for both columns →
| Ski membership | Until 8 Dec 2025Until December 8, 2025 | From 9 Dec 2025December 9, 2025 and After |
|---|---|---|
| Adult | $170 | $185 |
| Student / youth 9–17 | $70 | $80 |
| Youth 8 and under | $45 | $50 |
| Family | $345 | $375 |
Reproduced from the society's published fee table. The season these fees belong to is not stated. The society has not published what a “family” covers, whether a senior rate exists, or what happens to a membership bought mid-winter — so this concept does not guess at any of it.
Snowshoe
Sixty-five dollars for seventeen kilometres of snowshoe trail
A snowshoe membership is its own category, at its own price, on the same two dates as the ski fees.
Worth knowing
“Ski memberships include snowshoeing while snowshoe memberships do not include skiing.”
The society's own wording.
| Category | Until 8 Dec 2025 | From 9 Dec 2025 |
|---|---|---|
| Per person | $65 | $75 |
| Family | $135 | $155 |
Reproduced from the society's published fee table. Whether the $19 per skier Cross Country BC fee applies to snowshoe memberships is not stated, so this page does not say that it does.
Registering
Buying already works. Knowing what you are buying does not.
The society sells memberships through zone4.ca, so the payment side is solved. The gap is upstream of it: the page a buyer reads before clicking through does not say which winter the price belongs to.
- 01
Pick a category
Ski or snowshoe, individual or family. Remember that a ski membership already covers snowshoeing.
- 02
Register on zone4.ca
Registration runs through zone4.ca. The $19 per skier Cross Country BC fee is charged on top of the membership.
- 03
Ask the registrar

A suggestion from JnP
Every number on this page comes from one small file. A season, its two cutoff dates and six fees — that is the entire editable surface. When the society sets next winter's rates, one person changes those figures once and the fee tables, the headings, the home page preview and the banner at the top of every page all move together. Nobody has to remember the six other places a date is printed, because there is only one.
That is the difference between a site that is out of date in July and one that is not.

This is a concept site, so there is no working form and no way to pay here. Contact the society directly, or register through zone4.ca — the details below are the society's own. Fees last cut off, as published, on 8 December 2025.
